Payments Disabled – can this be restored?

    Payments have been disabled on my account. I have read various forums and seen that other users have also experienced similar issues. Is there a problem with my card? I have not done anything wrong and I have not even begun to do anything on WordPress other than subscribe to a paid plan. May I know what is the reason for disabling my payments, and is there any way I can fix this?
