payments disabled for my account

    I tried paying for a subscription with my card but i forgot that i had it turned off, when i turned it back on and came to use it, it said payments for your account are disabled contact support. When I tried contacting support, the bot wouldn’t connect me to an agent as it keeps saying I need a paid plan to connect with a human agent. PLEASE HELP!
