Payments for Domain Renewal

    I have received notification for my automatic domain name renewal and an invoice but how do I pay? Account information shows an invoice for £13.00 but payment method is not stored. Do I have to pay manually?

    What is the domain name you need to renew? Is it registered with WordPress.COM

    You need to be logged in as the EXACT account / user to renew an Upgrade

    Dashboard >> Store >> My Upgrades >> you should have the ability to renew there manually if you want
