Payments in Lebanon

  Hello,

  I wanted to upgrade my account to business but once I proceeded to checkout and pay with my Master Card, Lebanon wasn’t listed. Lebanon doesn’t have PayPal as well, so does it mean we can’t upgrade our accounts?

  Hey farrahkhilal & nahaslegal!

  Unfortunately, there are some countries that WP has issues affecting payment from, and your country may be one. That sucks, I know.

  A possible solution would be to ask a friend in another country to make the payment for you, and then return the funds to their account.

  A little stressful, but it should work. :)

  Just to clarify, we don’t block payments from any countries, but we use PayPal as our payment provider, so we’re only able to accept payments from countries where PayPal can operate.

  You can see this page for some alternatives should PayPal not be supported in your country.
