Payments not processing

    Hello

    We are having issues and unable to process payments as there is a continuous loading error.

    Can you please help this happened 2 weeks ago also. Is there a back up that can be restored?

    Many thanks for reaching out.

    Are you able to confirm the URL of the website that you need assistance with please?

    The reason why I ask is because it looks like there was a Woo Express Trial running on the site, but this has now expired, so it wouldn’t be possible to process payments if the site was hosted with WordPress.com.
