    Hi, I no longer need jet pack and would like to cancel my subscription. I noticed that payment has just come out and I have never actually used your services. Would it be possible to get some refunds?

    I took a look, and it doesn’t look like there’s any history of purchases, transactions, or billing activity under the account you’re currently logged into, so we’re limited to what we can help with and advise here.

    Can you let us know the URL of the site where you have a subscription? Once we have that information, we’ll be better able to advise.
