Hi there!
Purchases made on WordPress.com can be canceled and refunded during the refund period.
For new domain registrations, you must cancel within 48 hours of purchase to receive a refund. There are no refunds, pro-rated or otherwise, after 48 hours.
For plans and all other purchases, you must cancel within 30 days of purchase to receive a refund. If you used the domain credit to register a new domain, the normal cost of registration will be deducted from your refund. If you mapped an existing domain, or never used a domain, you will receive a full refund. There are no refunds, pro-rated or otherwise, after 30 days.
If you are under refund period you will be refunded to the same payment method you used for your purchase. After processing, refunds usually take about five to ten business days to appear on your statement. For credit card refunds, it could take up to 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to show up.
International refunds can take even longer to reach you. Your financial institution is going to be able to tell you when to expect the refund and how it will be listed on your statement.

Hi there,
A refund for your payment was issued on 30 August. You should receive that within 10 business days, depending on your bank.
