Payments with Stripe

    I’ve made a marketplace site using WCFM marketplace on wordpress, and the site includes my own products as well as vendor’s products. When placing an order of my own product, I get confirmation emails of my order from wordpress, but no transactions show in Stripe, even though I’ve connected my admin Stripe account, as well as connecting the vendor account to the admin account. And then when a customer buys a vendor’s product, again I get the emails from wordpress, but no emails from Stripe. And no transactions appear in the vendor’s Stripe account, however I believe the 15% commission that my admin Stripe account takes does show. I need assistance as to where the transactions are going when I place an order, and why the Stripe integration is not working correctly, I am using Stripe split pay to allow the method of paying vendors automatically after the order.

    Hi there! You’ve landed on the support forums for websites that are hosted here on WordPress.com; it looks like your site store.preciousverses.co.uk uses the WordPress software and is hosted with another platform if I understand correctly? If so, were you intending to post to the WordPress.org forums at this link just below?
