  I added a paypal button but when you click on it, my paypal account shows up in the email address tab.

  Hi Anne!

  Are you referring to when you click the button and get directed to PayPal? If so, that’s normal behavior (my email address shows up on my side). This is your browser automatically filling in your information. Users will either see their own information or they will see blank fields.

  As for the contact form below, the same behavior applies. Currently, you will probably see your name and contact information since you’re logged in. However, your visitors will see a blank form like this:
