    Hi,
    I would like to buy a Doimain ( babygifts.me). I want to pay by PAYPAL. I used PayPal already for other things I bought. But as I wanted to pay my wordpress-domain, they asked me for my credit-card-number. BUT I DONT´T HAVE ONE!!!!!! I´ve got enough money at my Paypal-Account. Usually they don´t ask me for a Credit-Card. Just WordPress. It is not a PayPal-Problem and also not my, I asked already.

    How can I pay now?

    As per Payment Methods support document, payment by PayPal is accepted by WordPress.com.

    I am unsure why do you think that PayPal is not accepted.

    It doesn´t work! They still asking me for my credit card – I bought also something for X-mass (simon´s cat-shop) – it worked and they didn´t ask my for my card!
    Would you send me the bank account inkluding IBAN and BIC from originalWordpress, so I can directly send money from my paypal-account?

    Hi Sylvia,

    Paypal sometimes requires that you have a credit card linked to your Paypal account, even if you are making purchases with your Paypal credit. That requirement comes from Paypal and isn’t something WordPress.com can change. (It may not apply to all purchases you make with Paypal, but it can happen with Paypal purchases here at WordPress.com.)

    WordPress.com can’t accept payments via direct bank transfer — you can see all of the available payment methods at the link staff-happychia mentioned.
