  I had a notification to renew my domain. It asked for my PayPal login information. When I entered it, it did not take me to PayPal and I have no receipt for payment. I am disturbed that I entered my info and then the process halted with no record of anything happening. Please inform.

  Hi there,

  I can confirm that the Premium Plan and domain for northfieldpc.wordpress.com was renewed on 3 December.

  I see the upgrade actually belongs to another account on this blog. If you log into that account and go to the purchases page (linked below) you should be able to view and print out a receipt for this transaction.

  As I said, you will need to be logged in as the account that owns that site in order to see the receipt.

  This account, imcourageous, is not the owner of the blog and the upgrades weren’t purchased via this account, so you won’t see anything while logged in to this account.

  I have confirmed that the receipt is visible in the account that owns the blog.
