Paypal account changed

  For security reasons I’ve had to change my paypal account and so my wordpress.com payment setup as been cancelled. How do I replace my old details with the new paypal account please? Thanks.

  Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades
  Dashboard > Store > Billing History

  Provided you are logged in under the username account that registered the blog under that username and also purchased the upgrades for the blog you ought to be able to update your paypal information on this page > Store > My Upgrades.
