  Paypal account charged without authorization
  for a different account called
  Custom Design for http://chocolateandvino.wordpress.com
  Item# 45 $30.00 USD 1 $30.00 USD

  would like a refund and close the account. Have not used the account in over a year.

  Provided you are logged in under the same username account that registered the blog and purchased the upgrades, and your are withing the time allowed for a refund, you ought to be able to request a refund from your dashboard > Store > My Upgrades

  WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers.

  Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.

  To disable autorenew, provided you are logged in under the exact same username account that registered the blog and purchased the upgrades go to > Store > My Upgrades and click the “disable auto-renew” link.

  it’s a feature – the send notification that you are about to be charged is broken for many sites – on the good side you should be able to get a refund using the info from @TT above
