Paypal balance

  I want to pay with my pay pal balance, i don’t want to register any credit or debit card, how can I pay with the money i already have in my paypal account?

  I assume this is to upgrade to the $99 year plan?

  If so go to your control panel, at the bottom left you will see the upgrade option at the bottom. If you select the $99 option it will bring you to checkout, and the 2 options it gives are Credit Card/Debit and Paypal. You log in through your paypal credentials there.
