  Hi
  I’m trying to follow your instructions about adding a PayPal button – I do not have the option to choose a link for email as per step 6 of your own document (http://en.support.wordpress.com/paypal/) … please advise what to do.
  And please contact me promptly because I have a deadline….

  Hi there,

  The default PayPal display is the HTML code. There should be a tab that you can click to see the email option. If you don’t see this tab, could you take a screenshot that shows what you do see on the button code screen?

  I eventually figured it out – the email code option is not available to buttons with multiple options or prices chosen – only to single buttons with single payment amounts.
  not very helpful for me however, who wanted a dropdown with 3 prices, but using one button

  I’m glad to hear you figured it out, though I’m sorry to hear it isn’t going to work for you exactly as desired. Unfortunately, as the limitation is on the PayPal side there’s nothing we can do to change the behavior.
