  I want to add paypal button and i cannot seen any admin site to add paypal button…please help me.

  There are two steps. First you establish the amount the button represents and get a custom link for it here:
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/paypal/get-paypal-button-code/

  And then to add that button to your site, go here (which references the link above, as well)
