  When I insert an PayPal button on my blog, I can see it when I save the settings but when I publish it, its not there. Is it not possible or?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  That’s most probably because custom JavaScript code is not allowed on WordPress.com blogs. Instead, you should follow the instructions over here to make it work properly.
