PayPal Button is not showing on my page

  I have put the correct text into my Page on my site and the PayPal Button is showing in Edit mode but not when Previewed or Published.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  Which page or post has the paypal button you are trying to use?

  So you are aware, the most basic paypal buttons work just fine on WordPress.com, but if you are trying to use any of paypal’s more advanced features (anything beyond a pay now button, basically), those types of buttons use code which our system does not allow for security reasons. When it sees that code, it will strip it out, and therefore your button will not appear.

  If you are just using a basic button and it’s still not appearing, again please let me know where it is and I’ll be happy to take a look!

  Hi there , thank you for your advice. I was using the Add to Cart Button, so I tried it like you said with he Pay Now Button but it still wont work. Could it be because I have the basic Free WordPress and not a paid for Version?

  Hi Louisa,

  No, the functionality of your site is the same between our free and paid versions. The paid versions only add on additional things like the ability to upload video or change your site’s CSS.

  Thanks for passing that along! You’ll need to set up your buttons as we’ve outlined here:

  https://en.support.wordpress.com/paypal/

  Other types of Paypal buttons don’t work here on WordPress.com.
