Are you following the instructions on how to get the PayPal Button Code, then having difficulty getting the button on to your blog?
Once you have created/generated the code, it has two codes there.
Website tab – provides HTML code
Email tab – provides a plain linkHave you made it that far?
If so, did you copy the link in the EMAIL tab (NOT Website tab)? It should look something like this….
https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_s-xclick&hos……
To place your PayPal button on a post or page, you can paste that code into the ‘HTML’ tab when creating or editing the post or page.
EXAMPLE:

Where it says “YOUR-LINK-HERE” above… that is where you’re taking out the words “YOUR-LINK-HERE” and inserting the link you received from Paypal….

Yes, I just followed the instructions we saw even a few movies on youtubeThe problem is that my blog numelesfant.wordpress.com does not appear that the paypal button, and it does not appear why not targets.If you look on my https://numelesfant.wordpress.com/ .. you’ll see that the sidebar of the page it says “paypal donation” but without causing paypal button, and I do not understand this, why does not appear that button considering that I tried almost all variants without any success. !!

Know that the only instructions that will work for posting a PayPal donation button on a WordPress.com blog are found here http://en.support.wordpress.com/paypal/
Note that the PayPal email link is not supported and PayPal customization options are not supported either https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/paypal-button-41?replies=12#post-2517229 This is not likely to be changed any time soon, if at all
If you use the guide I linked to above and get stuck on any step, then you post exactly which step it is here, and type modlook into the sidebar tags on this thread for a Staff follow-up, like I already did.

Here is the code you entered for the PayPal button in your widget.
<img alt="" border="0" src="https://www.paypalobjects.com/en_US/i/scr/pixel.gif" width="1" height="1">First, that image is a single pixel big, so you won’t see it. It’s quite literally a dot. You need to use one of the image links provided on this page:

Additionally, you only added the image. You need to add the button link you get from PayPal as well. So the code you paste in the widget must look like this:

… this is my Paypal cod selected from my cont paypal ….. I went on my wordpress.com, I went to widget / text and we passed code but still does not appear on that button paypal….. why???

I don’t see any widget code here. If you want to paste code in the forums, please paste it between backticks, otherwise it will be stripped out.
If your code at any point contains the word “iframe” or “form”, then you are using the wrong button. That code indicates that you’re using the PayPal button options that won’t work here.
Please follow the instructions at the link I gave above in that regard.

Please look at what I wrote above:
If your code at any point contains the word “iframe” or “form”, then you are using the wrong button.
Now look at the code you pasted.
That code will not work on WordPress.com. We do not support PayPal’s button customizations, and there is no way to add that button to your site.
Only the simple Buy Now/Donate button is supported. Buttons with different options are not supported and will not work.

That video only applies to self-hosted WordPress websites. Your site is on WordPress.com and those instructions won’t work here.
The only instructions that will work for PayPal are these:

If you follow the instructions we have repeatedly given you, your button will work. It’s not working because you are ignoring our instructions and following tutorials that have nothing to do with WordPress.com.
