Paypal buttons are not working on my Blog. There is no Buyer's View

  FIrst time I put a Paypal Button in a TExt Widget I got the Buyer’s View but it was non-functional.
  I deleted that Button and Created another Paypal Button. This one only shows up as formatted text with no Buyers view with no drop down menu or functionality. It is just TEXT.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I called and talked with Paypal. They checked my Button set-up and told me it should work.
  No explanation why the first time the Paypal Button showed on my Blog with a Buyer’s View and this time there is not buyers view. No explanation as to why neither was functional.
  DOes this only work on a Premium Account?
