paypal buttons not working

  Hi Kardotim,
  Many thanks for getting back to me so quickly but today I have the same problem as before
  with paypal buttons installed onto my website not connecting to my paypal site.

  It is frustrating as they are now working so there is clearly an intermittent fault. Not sure what can be done.

  Hi Jeremy,

  Can you describe what happens when the Paypal buttons aren’t working? Do you get a specific error message?

  Also, can you send a link to the post or page where you have the buttons anyway? Even though they are working now, we can take a look at them for you.

  Here is a link to one of my web pages with paypal. it is working fine right now but has not done so on two occasions in the last week. I do not get any sort of error message – it simply does not connect.

  Hi Jeremy, thanks for sending the link. I took a look at the Paypal buttons on your page, and everything is set up correctly from this end. Since the buttons are intermittently not working properly, it sounds like there could be an issue on Paypal’s end.

  If the issue pops up again, I’d recommend documenting what you see on the screen when you click the Paypal button. You can make a screenshot and make a note of the address in your browser’s address bar after you click the button. Then, you can contact Paypal customer support to let them know about your button not working properly.

  If Paypal lets you know about any issues on this end, please let me know so we can work on it for you. :)
