  I have configured the Paypal Checkout plugin on my WooCommerce Site. I am using it along with Cybersource for credit cards as customer payment options. However, when I enable Paypal Checkout it changes the customer billing address fields from required to optional. Is this a bug with the plugin? I need billing address fields to remain required.
