PayPal Customisable Button?

  Hello, I’m looking for a way to embed a PayPal pay now button, for the purpose of customer’s being able to enter their own amount, and reference number and paying through PayPal from the website.

  Thanks, but is there anyway customers can enter their own amounts and reference number?

  Hi there,

  We can only use the basic PayPal donation button on WordPress.com. You cannot set the button for any specific amount. There is also no way to use the drop-down button and no upgrade that will allow you to use it.

  What most people do is clearly outline the different amounts payable for the different services. Then users insert the correct amount themselves when they’re on PayPal. For control on your side you can then add a contact form where users can indicate which service they bought (you can add a drop-down to the contact form for that purpose) and also add a text field where they can paste the receipt number from PayPal so you can check.
