PayPal details keep being replaced

The last 6 months I’ve had a serious problem.
Every now and then I’ll go to login to my website through wp-login, and my password will have been changed.
Whenever this has happened, and I finally change my password to get back in, my PayPal details have been replaced with someone else’s email address. I have indeed lost a few sales through this problem.
I’ve had three different WDs say they’ve fixed it. But it just keeps happening.
I have changed all passwords including FTP and cPanel. I don’t understand how this keeps happening? I’ve also had security scans, and more tight password software. Still happens.
One WD believes I should try and change hosts. I’m currently using Netregistry.
What should I do?
