Paypal donate button, page or widget, and how?

  I’m using Coraline and I’m trying to install a paypal donate button in to my blog. I’ve been copying the html from the paypal site to the html section of a new page (that I’ve called Donate). The button is not appearing however. Any ideas what I might be doing wrong?
  And is there a way that I can make the paypal donate button appear in my blog all the time like a widget?
