PayPal donation form

    Hi there,

    We are using giveWP as are donation pluggin. We are trying to connect PayPal to it. However keeps saying paypal need to verify our account when they already have. We called PayPal and they assured us are account is verified so I don’t know the problem. Please help!! Thank you

    We are unable to help because we don’t host your site directly on our WordPress.com managed hosting. Instead, your site is hosted with a different provider on a separate host, and we’re not able to access the backend of your site to take a closer look.
