  I am trying to install the Paypal donation widget, the instructions by wordpress are not helpful. I can’t find the plugin button or how to install the plugin.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  There is no FTP access and there is no blogger installed plugin capability on WordPress.com hosted blogs like http://bellaeshq.wordpress.com/. The code provided by PayPal will not work. This code will work http://en.support.wordpress.com/paypal/ provided you do not free form anything and add anything to it ie. follow it to the letter.
