Paypal, Downloads and Woo Commerce

    Hello, I am having difficulty linking PayPal to Woo Commerce and customers cannot download their product. I have looked at all the help pages and documentation and cannot seem to find an answer to my problem. When an order is placed and paid for the customer cannot access their downloads. I have uploaded the file and ensured all the settings are correct. I’m not sure if this is a Paypal problem as on the customer’s account it still says ‘Pending’ although they have paid. Any help with this problem would be greatly appreciated! Thank you.

    Hi celticroseneedlecraft,

    Could you please go to WooCommerce > Settings >Products > Downloadable Products and make sure the “Grant access to downloadable products after payment” box is ticked?

    That will grant access to products when orders are processing rather than completed.
