PayPal Functionality

I require PayPal functionality and am paying for my account on wordpress.com.
I don’t need a button, I need a select/option implementation as below:

The only way we currently support PayPal functionality on WordPress.com is through Pay Now buttons. We do not allow users to embed code on WordPress.com sites for security reasons.

http://bprfc.co.uk/ is not hosted by WordPress.COM You need to post to the WordPress.ORG support forum for help with that site because it is not hosted by WordPress.COM.
WordPress.com and WordPress.org are completely separate and different http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there and receive advice from WordPress.ORG bloggers.

Oh! What can I say to that? The only other thread I could find also had the URL for the WordPress.org install at http://bprfc.uk/ in it. Sorry. -
