If you can’t make the purchase here > Dashboard > Stores > Upgrade then Staff will either reply to you here in this thread or in an email you send them.

As long as you have balance in your PayPal account, you can login with PayPal during the purchase to pay for the upgrade.

Did you read what macmanx (Staff) said above?

Because this is what i did:

1: Logged into word press
2: Went to store on wordpress
3: Click custom Design
4:Click/Mark Paypal Express
5: Never took me anywhere.

I am having the very same problem. I went to Store, asked to add domain name, applied my discount, was told the amount I owed, and then I was asked how I wanted to pay. I selected PayPal. Then . . . nothing. I was not linked to PayPal. There is nothing like “Continue” or “Submit” on the page.

I solved the problem. I used a credit card instead of PayPal. Worked like a charm; domain mapped.

I also cannot pay for my domain with paypal. And the fact that I cannot reach support for an entire week makes me rethink using WordPress. Not impressed so far!
