Paypal insertion on a wordpress site, hosted par wordpress.com

  Hey I was planning on inserting paypal buttons, on our blog by inserting a button code, but my site is hosting with you guys at wordpress.com but I can’t seem to be able to make it work the the button don’t appear as it should, do I need to make some kind of upgrade of somekind. If so how much would it cost I can’t seem to fin the right upgrade to allow me to up date the site to insert payola via buttons code or inserting plugging. Could you shed me some like on the subject please?

  Only the Donate button is officially supported.

  You say that only the Donate button is officially supported but #4 of http://en.support.wordpress.com/paypal/ indicates that a customized version of the button can be uploaded.

  Does that mean I can upload a “buy now” button instead? Or would that get the site suspended?
