Paypal Issue

    I’m trying to pay for my domain to be mapped to my blog through Paypal. And it keeps telling me I need to go back and choose a different payment method. Paypal doesn’t let you choose another method, it requires you to use up your entire balance beforehand. (I have more than enough to cover the cost on my balance). Does WordPress not accept Paypal balance?

    Hi there,

    Is Paypal redirecting you back to our site and choose a different form of payment? I’m not seeing any failed transactions on your account, so I’m assuming that you are being redirected before you can even enter any kind of payment information.

    If you are being sent back from PayPal can you please ask them why this is occurring? If you have a balance that can cover the entire cost of the upgrade you should be able to pay via PayPal.
