    Hi anneummenthun,

    I’ve checked your account and it shows we sent a full refund on 25th May 2019 and there is confirmation of this in your Billing History:

    Refunds usually take 5-10 business days to arrive but international refunds (to banks outside the US) can take a little longer.

    Processing times vary between banks so it will be best to contact them for more information about how long this will take — you can provide them with the transaction ID from the refund receipt (please don’t share that information on these forums).
