hi, i really want to use your wordpress pro and i already purchase a domain name outside, but every time i choose your wordpress pro it requires a credit card currently i dont have a credit card but i have sufficient amount of paypal fund to pay your 99USD wordpress pro ,what should i do? please help me.

The only methods of payment for upgrades are major credit cards from approved countries and PayPal supported countries. There are no other payment options. If you have a PayPal account, you can add to your PayPal balance via a variety of methods, including a direct transfer.

but what is the email address of wordpress.com on paypal ?can you please tell me step by step on using the direct transfer?

You’ll need to use the direct transfer (or any other transfer method) to add the balance to your PayPal account first.
Once you do that, paying via your PayPal balance will become an option when you purchase an upgrade from us.

currently i don’t have a credit card but i still have sufficient paypal fund to pay 99 USD ,every time i go to paypal payment landing page it ask me to link my credit ,can i know the email addess of wordpress.com on paypal so i can do a direct payment ?

Make sure that you’re logged in to PayPal.com when you attempt to purchase your upgrade from us.

i always log on my paypal but requires a new credit card ,you work in wordpress.com or you are blogger ?

I work at WordPress.com.
Try logging in to PayPal in one browser tab, then purchase the upgrade in another browser tab.
If PayPal is still requiring you to end a credit card, you’ll need to contact them.
