PayPal Payment

  Hi there

  I purchased an upgrade with PayPal but cancelled 10 min later and it seemed it was fine from my WordPress account. However, PayPal have just taken that payment off my bank account today. What is the cancellation procedure?

  Hi there,

  I see you had paid via e-check. You cancelled that payment, so it was never completed on our end, but PayPal might have put a hold on the funds on their end. Please contact PayPal support directly for help with that.
