Paypal payment

  I’ve sent payment by Paypal three times and not received the confirmation email from either Paypal nor your team. I don’t want to pay by credit card, but by Paypal balance. What can I do to make this happen?

  What upgrade are you trying to buy, for which site? The account you’re using to post here doesn’t own any sites hosted on WordPress.com, just one site connected via the Jetpack plugin.

  Are you trying to buy a Jetpack plan?

  hey there, thanks for responding. Yes, I was trying to get a Jetpack plan but it just does not hook up to Paypal

  Hi there,

  I see that each time you were redirected to the PayPal website to complete the purchase but you never did. Is the PayPal page loading and are you able to proceed with the payment confirmation?
