  I desperately need to get in touch with someone about a PayPal payment! Can someone point me in the right direction please?

  Also as this blog is devoid of any blogger created content http://eliserd.wordpress.com/ and as no upgrade payments can be made without applying theme to a specific blog, that begs the questions:
  exactly what is the URL starting with http:// of the blog in question?
  exactly which upgrade are referring to?
