  I paid with Paypal and it doesn’t look like WordPress registered the payment.

  I renewed a redirect and it didn’t register the payment. How do I get ahold of someone to rectify this?

  Hi there,

  Sorry about that! It looks like your payment wasn’t correctly applied to your site redirect upgrade. Can you confirm which address you want to direct visitors from and where you want them directed to? I can reinstate that site redirect for you, but I want to make sure I get it right. :)
