Paypal payment error?

    Hello,

    I tried registering a domain name and went through the whole process without any trouble, until Paypal kept popping the following messages before I could complete the transaction: “to complete the payment with WordPress.com, please add a new credit card” and “link a new debit or credit card to make an instant payment”.

    I don’t understand because there’s enough balance on my Paypal, I’m logged in as I try to pay and I’ve never used a credit card before, nor had any trouble to pay elsewhere.

    Another user had the exact same problem and described his case here: forums.wordpress.com/topic/paypal-requires-credit-card. Sadly I don’t know how to solve this issue since that case was dealt with by private mail.

    Could you please help me out?
