Paypal Payment hasn’t reflected on WordPress

  Hello, I just made a payment for my site through paypal and my bank just approved it but someohow I cant see it reflect on my site since WordPress tells me to updgrade yet I just did that through the Paypal payment

  Correct account: Yes
