PayPal payment link not working

Hi there, I run a website with a shop. I raised an invoice (offering all payment methods) for an international customer who has been trying to pay via paypal though received multiple errors. I ended up raising another two invoices (specifying PayPal) with the payment being successful via the third payment link – but via credit card and not Paypal. Throughout this time other payments via PayPal have been successfully received. WooCommerce PayPal Payments plugin and any other possibly relevant plugins are up-to-date.

We are unable to help because we don’t host your site directly on our WordPress.com managed hosting. Instead, your site is hosted with a different provider on a separate host, and we’re unable to access your site’s backend to take a closer look. But I can get you pointed in the right direction.
