Paypal payment not working

Can anyone help. My shop is getting this message when someone tries to pay with Paypal: It kept telling me it was already paid then taking me back to the beginning of checkout.
On the report status is says:
WooCommerce pages
Shop base: Page ID is set, but the page does not exist
Cart: #54 – /cart/
Checkout: #55 – /checkout/
My account: Page visibility should be public
Terms and conditions: Page not set -

If you have WooCommerce installed on a WordPress.com Business Plan or have a paid WooCommerce extension on a self-hosted site you can open a ticket while logged into your account at:
https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/
But, if your site is self-hosted and built using the WordPress.org open software, you’ll need to seek assistance from their forums which can be found at:
https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce
