PayPal payment stuck at pending status

Dear Technical Support,
I am writing to report an issue with the payment processing of woocommerce. I have two customers who made payment via woocommerce, but the status stuck at pending payment status. The payment status only changed to paid status when I click on a … button.
This is very inconvenient and confusing for me and my customers.
Please advise how to fix this issue as soon as possible.
