Paypal payment to WordPress not processed

We have paid Australian $129 to wokpress via Papypa to upgrade the account but our account has not been upgraded. Have posted a dispute with Paypal three days ago but haven’t had any response. How long do we have to wait for our account to be upgraded?

For what site did you buy an upgrade?
I don’t see any past upgrades in your account or on the site, https://melbourneyogacentre.wordpress.com/, so if it’s that site you upgraded it looks like the payment failed. We don’t even have payment information on file for your account, which means that the information was never successfully submitted to our system.

We paid by PayPal and it shows on our PayPal account as a completed purchase. However it never showed in the upgrades on the site. Our email address is (email visible only to moderators and staff) which might help to track the payment. -
We have also emailed via PayPal to (email visible only to moderators and staff) and never heard back.

There is no WordPress.com account using that email address you provided, so there are no transactions linked to it in our system.
I’ve sent an email to the address on file for your username as I need some information from you to investigate this further that shouldn’t be shared on a public forum like this. Please let me know if you don’t receive it.
