PayPal Plugin for Harmonic Theme

  Hello,

  I am having a hard time adding the PayPal plugin or any plugin for that matter to the Harmonic theme. Could you please give me a hand with this?

  Third party plugins cannot be installed on WordPress.com sites. This is a security risk as we cannot vet all outside code and it puts our users, their sites, and our servers at risk.

  Plugins are only usable on self-hosted WordPress.org sites.
