Paypal problems

  We have ceated a multivendor marketplace with WordPress and are using Dokan plugin.
  We set up payment by Paypal as currently using free version of Dokan,
  If we try a test purchase we get the message – ‘
  Sorry, it seems that there are no available payment methods’. Can you help us understand wha the problem is and how to fix please?

  WP.com: Yes
  Jetpack: No
  Correct account: Yes
