paypal refuses my credit card. can I pay without using paypal?

  My paypal account seems to refuse my credit card. I don’t know why because the credit card is valid and I never have problems elsewhere. Can I pay without paypal?

  All I’m seeing is a message that says:

  Transaction cannot be processed. (Please use a different payment card.

  I wish I had more information about it. I guess you would have to call paypal. I feel your frustration there.
