Paypal sandbox order stuck in "pending" state

    Hi everyone,

    Today I tried to enable paypal in sandbox mode to be sure everything worked out before the official website release.
    I followed all the steps as described on a recommended youtube video. I created a business account and got the api keys (public,secret and signature) and email. So Paypal is correctly configured in woocommerce. Then I created a personal account (buyer). And I tried to purchase an object with the personal account, the transaction worked very well, the money went from one Paypal account to another, but in “orders” in wordpress (woocommerce) it still on “pending transaction” for hours … It is just stuck on it, any suggestion ?

    If you have WooCommerce installed on a WordPress.com Business Plan or have a paid WooCommerce extension on a self-hosted site you can open a ticket while logged into your account at:

    https://woocommerce.com/contact-us/

    But, if your site is self-hosted and built using the WordPress.org open software, you’ll need to seek assistance from their forums which can be found at:

    https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce
