paypal steps don't make sense to me

  I’m following all the step to put a paypal button on my site. I’m confused about it. I got the link from the ’email tab.’ I don’t know what to do next.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I have followed all the steps as directed. When I get to the point where I select and copy the link (from the “email tab”, I get lost. Step 2 tells me to
  “copy the ‘Email’ link that PayPal provides to you in step 8 here. Make sure you choose the ‘Email’ tab, or the code won’t work with your WordPress.com site.”
  What does that mean:” in step 8 here” There is not where to paste that link. I’ve tried to move forward and I get a new page that tells me “You must be a member and logged in.” I am a member. This is my site. I can’t seem to find the chat box so I can get live help . PLEASE HELP

  “Step 8” refers to the 8th step in these instructions:

  To setup the button on your site, you’ll first need to follow steps 1-8 here:

  Once you finish step #8 there and get the Email code, you can proceed through these steps:
