  I am pretty sure I am following all the instructions but I cannot get the PayPay widget to show up on my blog. I think I need to be walked through this because I am clearly not getting it.

  The only PayPal code that will operate on wordpress.com hosted blogs is described in this support doc https://en.support.wordpress.com/paypal/view-all/
